A sintered diamond requires care from time to time. The sintered diamond should therefore be stripped regularly with the cleaning stone 301294. This creates a consistently clean, sharp cutting surface. For optimum results, the cleaning stone must be used wet. Before use, the block should be placed in water until no more bubbles rise. The humidity of the block prevents the formation of dust and consistently and significantly improves the cleaning effect.
Product information "Sintered diamond assortment, ceramics, 6 shapes, fine grit"
Assortment with carbide-bonded sintered diamonds for optimised processing of ceramics and others.
Unlike galvanic grinders that are only coated with a diamond layer, sintered diamonds consist of diamonds through and through, which are held by a special metal compound.
- Ceramics assortment
- 6 types, fine grit
- Fine grit in carbide-bond ensures smooth grinding
- This results in little rework and low risk of damaging the ceramic surface
- Chalice shapes retain a permanently sharp edge, which is ideally suited for fissures and structural design.
Benefits of sintered diamond grinders:
- Longer tool life - high edge stability
- Even grinding result
- Low heat generation
- Vibration-free work
