Single-chamber ultrasonic vacuum technology for cleaning with solvents.
This unit is equipped with vacuum technology and all measures required by TUV and EU standards for explosion-proof operation, resulting in self-sufficient, intrinsic explosion protection. As a result, that the explosion protection measures integrated in machine prevent any fire hazard when used as intended. Use of ultrasound is therefore permitted.
Protection against solvent vapours and odours by suction or autonomous filter system.
Vacuum technology reaches even inaccessible areas and removes air bubbles from movements.
Cleaning and rinsing with multi-frequency ultrasound in rotation or oscillation process.
Machine is fully rotatable, making the liquid containers and connections easily accessible.
Media containers are easily replaceable and rinsable. Integrated particle filter for longer useful life of the cleaning and rinsing solutions.
