Robust and handy riveting mallets with precise and uniform impact even during intensive use! The impact force can be adjusted by means of a sleeve on the handpiece itself. The riveting mallets are equipped with an automatic ejection system in case the inserts break (only for Badeco inserts). The new hermetic seal of the mechanical system means that no more maintenance is required. The stroke rate is between 500 and 5000 strokes/min. In addition, clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation of the motor can be used to vary the impact.

The new filing unit by Badeco has a diameter of only 10 mm and has an anti-vibration effect thanks to its mechanical system. The handpiece will not become hot even after prolonged loads. The ergonomics of the handpiece and the shape of the adjustable file itself allows filing or polishing even at the smallest places and in corners and recesses. It is even possible, to rotate the file 360° during the filing process and thus adapt it to the respective workpiece. The specially designed filing handpiece requires no maintenance or lubrication. Ideal for micro-polishing, filing and deburring not just in hard to reach places! For your safety, we recommend wearing protective goggles and a mask.
