Product information "Firmer chisel set Made in Germany in display box"
Top quality made in Germany. Discover the difference!
Quality and form are the deciding factors for exceptional function. The ripping chisels are forged 100% by hand. The gentle material shaping guarantees the highest quality and a long service life - no comparison to other, perhaps similar products. The forging process and hardening are monitored electronically, thus ensuring consistently high tool quality.
All forged tools are made from a high carbon tool steel that is of course not stainless. In order to prevent corrosion or rust, we recommend protecting the tools with an oil film after use or before long periods of non-use.
The mortise chisels have the highest cutting edge strength. With a hardness of 61 HRc over the entire usable length, they are well above the DIN standard. Surfaces are polished without marks and therefore produce a smooth cut. The handles made of wood are made from the hardest white beech and are ergonomically shaped according to the traditional model.
Features of the mortise chisels in this set, which are, of course, hand-forged and created with precision craftsmanship:
- short, light in accordance with B DIN 5139 with side chamfers
- with flattened white beech handle in a cardboard box
- Contents: 4 pieces in sizes 10 - 16 - 20 - 26mm
- Original quality made in Germany
