Product information "Wax injector"
The device is suitable for series production and has a capacity of 4.0 litres. It is equipped with a Plexiglas cover for visual monitoring of the wax melting process and with a drain plug for replacement of the wax if necessary.
The temperature is kept constant by 2 temperature sensor. The precise temperature is achieved by bottom heating and a heating collar around the wax container. The temperature sensors are located inside the wax boiler and on the spray nozzle. The temperature is displayed digitally. Each heater is electronically and separately controlled from 0 - 100 °C . The flow rate of the wax can be controlled via the pressure reducer (hose ID 4 mm, OD 6 mm).
