The six-part universal deburrer set contains:
• Mango II handle for telescopic blade holder, with detent: the most commonly used handle for precision and convenience when deburring. High-quality, ergonomic handle made of 2K plastic with integrated blade magazine).
• Blade holder for all E-blades
• Blade E100: Heavy duty HSS, deburrs long-chipping materials. (Applications: Straight edge & inside machining, front side. For plastics, copper, aluminum, steel)
• Blade E200: HSS for short-chipping materials. (Applications: Straight edge & inside machining front side clockwise and counterclockwise. For brass, gray cast iron, plastics, wood)
• Blade E300: HSS for long-chipping materials. Deburrs the inside and outside of bores with a wall thickness of up to 6mm at the same time. (Application: inside machining of the front and back at the same time. For steel, aluminum, copper)
