Product information "Construction kit Octopus Hydraulic Robot Arm"
There is a multitude of electronically controlled robots. With this new model, the robot arm is operated hydraulically with water.
No need for a motor or batteries.
This is a 6-axis robot with large array of motions:
The gripper opens 4.8 cm and closes. The robot's wrist turns 180°, has a wrist mobility of 98°, an elbow mobility of 44°, shoulder
movement of 45°, and a rotation of the base axis of 270°.
The robot's arm operates with a radius of 41.5 cm and a height of max. 31.5 cm. It can lift and move a weight of up to 50 grams.
After removing the grippers, the suction cup can be activated. This allows lifting and moving objects with larger surfaces.
A further feature is a braking system installed in the hydraulic arm to allow for accurate guiding of the latter.
Caution
The illustrated instruction allow a child of perhaps 8 years of age to successfully assemble this kit.
