Micromat C System computer-controlled Witschi

Modular measuring system with automatic measuring sequence. Using the motorised microphone, Micromat C, and the corresponding PC software, up to eight independent channels can be used. This creates an ideal workstation for adjusting and testing small series in production as well as in repair service. All measured values can be processed with a PC. The system can be connected to a network via WiCoTrace.

Four different measurement options are available:

- Standard measurement with numerical display of operation, amplitude, and beat error. In addition, these values are also shown graphically on screen.

- Continuous measurement diagram recording or graphic representation of acoustic impact sounds of the watch, allowing an analysis of the state of the inhibition.
- Carrying out measurements in a clearly defined interval over a certain time period. The measuring results are recorded graphically over this period (interval measurement).
- Locating the centre of gravity of the balance in order to be able to locate problems in the inhibition area with pinpoint accuracy (centre of gravity measurement).

Included:
Micromat C system complete with 1 automatic multi-layer microphone with integrated measurement electronics and extensive software. Using the built-in joysticks, up to 11 test positions can be selected in manual mode. In automatic, sequential operation, up to 6 test positions selected. The PC is not included.

System requirements for the PC:
- Processor: P4 2GHz or better
- Memory (RAM): 1 GB minimum
- Free hard drive space: 40 GB minimum
- USB interface for using Mikromat C
- Network connection when networking with WiCo% Trace
- Operating system: Windows XP, SP 2
- Monitor with 1280x1024 pixels (19-inch flat screen monitor recommended)

Note:
To install a multichannel Micromat C test station, an additional USB hub may need to be connected, depending on the PC. Witschi recommends a certified 4x WSB-HUB to ensure trouble-free operation of the system.
