Product information "Flume-Electronic-Service-System FESS on USB-Stick"
In response to many customer requests, now available again on a practical USB stick with full-text search: The legendary Flume "Electronic Service System" catalogue.
The work, which originally appeared in 1977 and has been revised again and again, is the central information for the service of electronic watches, especially quartz watches, in the specialist workshop.
"With the illustrations, technical data, descriptions and information in this catalogue, a bridge is built between the watches to be repaired and the testing and measuring devices required for making the decision. Flume uses schematic representations to show how it is done. This information can be applied to any test - and measuring device in the workshop, to measure, to regulate, to set the time.", as Rudolf Flume once said in the foreword of the catalogue.
The heart of this catalog are the clockwork or module sheets that have been worked out in practice.
The first section is about "measuring - checking - regulating": including basic electronic terms and the components of electronic watches.
The larger second section is all about the "module and movement files", in which more than 600 calibers or movements from around 35 brands (including Bulova, Citizen, ESA, FE, Junghans, Omega, Parrenin, Pulsar, PUW, Ricoh, Ronda, Seiko, Tissot) are detailed and professionally listed with all the details (movement size, motor frequency, type of drive, battery, nominal voltage, load on the battery with resistance, current consumption, coil resistance and many explanations).
• The original FESS on a USB stick
• Extensive overview
• Central information for quartz watches
• Optimally searchable
• Detailed, knowledgeable, indispensable
