LOCTITE® 222 is a low-strength threadlocker that enables the adjustment of screws, including countersunk screws and set screws. Well suited for use on metals that could break during dismantling, e.g. aluminum or brass. The product is suitable for all metals, including passive materials such as stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized surfaces. It has a proven tolerance to minor contamination by industrial oils, e.g. engine, corrosion protection and cutting oils.
• Ideal as a low-strength screw locking device for adjusting screws, countersunk screws and set screws
• Particularly suitable for small threads
• Connections can be dismantled with hand tools such as screwdrivers
