This precision clamping system for wedding rings, jewellery rings, and watch cases ensures maximum clamping precision without time-consuming alignment.
Even difficult tasks such as tensioning short steps or thin-walled workpieces can be performed quickly and reliably with the TRS system.
The clamping system can be used for machining of the outer contour of rotationally symmetric workpieces on conventional and CNC lathes and cutters.
The basis of the TRS system is the mandrel, made of special stainless steel. Inserts are available in ring sizes 45 - 97, the offset width of the sleeves is selectable from 1-10 mm. We offer custom manufacturing for watchmakers lathes. The TRS system comes complete with mandrel and attachments for ring sizes 45-77, width 1-10 mm, in a varnished beechwood board. The board and attachments are clearly labelled.
