A sintered diamond requires care from time to time. The sintered diamond should therefore be stripped regularly with the cleaning stone 301294. This creates a consistently clean, sharp cutting surface. For optimum results, the cleaning stone must be used wet. Before use, the block should be placed in water until no more bubbles rise. The humidity of the block prevents the formation of dust and consistently and significantly improves the cleaning effect.
Product information "Sintered diamond assortment, standard, 7 shapes, medium grit"
Assortment with carbide-bonded sintered diamonds for optimised manufacturing of all alloys of non-ferrous metals, chrome cobalt, titanium, and gold.
Unlike galvanic grinders that are only coated with a diamond layer, sintered diamonds consist of diamonds through and through, which are held by a special metal compound.
- Standard assortment
- Contents: 7 types, medium grit
- Sintered diamonds are particularly economical, safe and efficient instruments
- The special bond continuously releases new diamonds, thus providing permanently sharp grinding
- The shaft made of special steel allows for vibration-free work
- The standard assortment includes the most common shapes in standard design for optimised manufacturing of all alloys of non-ferrous metals, chrome cobalt, titanium, and gold.
Benefits of sintered diamond grinders:
- Longer tool life - high edge stability
- Even grinding result
- Low heat generation
- Vibration-free work
Technical specifications:
- Recommended speed for all non-ferrous metals and ceramics - always work without pressure - max. 25,000 RPM
- To maintain the grinding performance, sintered diamond should be regularly stripped with the cleaning stone, SKU 301294.
The set contains 7 types, each with standard grit:
- Length 10mm, dia. 5.0 mm
- Length 10mm, dia. 3.7 mm
- Length 10mm, dia. 3.7 mm, (pointed)
- Length 10mm, dia. 3.7 mm, (SKU 323363)
- Length 10mm, dia. 5.0 mm,
- Length 10mm, dia. 5.0 mm, (SKU 323365)
- Length 10mm, dia. 3.7 mm, (SKU 323362)
