Grinding wheel stand for GRS grinding wheels
Using the GRS cast iron grinding wheel, you can achieve an extra-fine high-gloss polish, especially with carbide tools. This precision-polished disc made of high-quality cast iron offers advantages for tool grinding not even matched by the latest hightech abrasive materials. Both disc sides are identically machined and thus offer the service life of two discs in one. For tool steel, high-speed steel (HSS), or hardened carbon steel, we recommend the GRS ceramic grinding wheel #002-415. 1 micron diamond spray (#002-754-NF) is recommended.

This mount is used only to produce gravers with 120°. Many inexperienced engravers have trouble achieving consistently accurate sharpening results. Professionals want to save the time when sharpening in order to devote more of their productivity at the workbench. The EasyGraver toolholder is based on standard geometries that have been used for many years by hundreds of engraving artists and jewellery manufacturers all over the world according to our observations. Please note that the vertical grabpole (#003-502) IS NOT INCLUDED and must be purchased separately. The pole positions #1 and #2 are intended for aligning or reshaping the graver base for a V-tip of 120 degrees. The lateral positions #3 and #4 are then used for sharpening a parallel relief grinding. After sharpening the relief grindings, the user can sharpen point angle in the centre pole position and easily adjust the length of the relief grindings.

The Accu-Finish Series ONE is designed for smaller workshops to create quality cutting edges on tools made of carbide, ceramics, cemented carbides, high-speed steel (HSS), as well as many PCD/CBN tools.
This machine with low speed is easy and safe to operate and ensures well-sharpened cutting tools.
The Series ONE features individual table height and protractor.
